Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup rolled oats (blended into flour)
- 2 eggs (or flax egg for vegan)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ghee for cooking

Mash banana and mix with oat flour, eggs, and baking powder into a batter.
