Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown rice
- 1/2 cup mixed dal
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ghee
- Salt to taste

Wash and soak rice and dal together for 20 minutes.

Heat ghee, add cumin seeds, then vegetables and turmeric.

Add soaked rice-dal mix and water, pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
