Ingredients

  • 1 cup split moong dal (soaked 4 hrs)
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 green chili
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp oil for cooking

Instructions

    Blend soaked moong dal with ginger, chili, and a little water into a smooth batter.

    Add salt and chopped coriander, mix well.

    Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladle of batter and spread thin.

    Cook both sides with a few drops of oil until golden.

    Serve hot with mint chutney.
